Alan Smithson is the CEO of MetaVRse, a company helping businesses leverage the transformative power of XR. He’s also the co-founder of XR Ignite, a community hub and virtual accelerator for startups, studios, and developers wanting to connect with enterprise customers and their large business problems.

On the side, Alan is also the host of the XR for Business Podcast, where he goes behind the scenes with the leaders who are transforming yesterday’s prototypes into scalable solutions for some of the world’s biggest challenges.

As if that wasn’t enough, Alan is also a founding member of the VR/AR Association, an IEEE Mixed Reality Ethics Committee member, and a LinkedIn VR/AR thought leader with millions of views of his articles and videos.
